SEBI has released its Annual Report for 2023-24, the statutory report submitted to the Government of India and tabled in Parliament as mandated under the SEBI Act, 1992. The Report is prepared according to the format laid down in the SEBI (Annual Report) Rules, 2021, and covers SEBI’s policies, programmes, and activities and market trends for the period April 2023 – March 2024. The Report is available at the Reports/Publications section of the SEBI website.
