IFSCA has clarified the fee structure for entities undertaking or intending to undertake permissible activities in the IFSC or seeking guidance under the Informal Guidance Scheme. Accordingly, IFSCA has clarified that in the case of a scheme launched by a Fund Management Entity (FME), any modifications to the scheme documents must be accompanied by a fee of USD 500. Further, late fees for failure to submit periodic returns must be applied per-activity basis for every RE.
