Notification No. 09/2024 – Central Tax (Rate)
The CBIC has issued notification to provide levy of GST under Reverse Charge Mechanism (‘RCM’) on renting of commercial property by an unregistered person to a registered person. This notification shall be effective from 10th October, 2024.
